Rajesh Nayak, PMP – IT & Digital Transformation Leader
Rajesh Nayak is a senior IT and digital transformation professional with over 30 years of experience in enterprise software development, IT infrastructure, solution architecture, product management, project management, and technology modernization. His career spans technology leadership roles with leading enterprise software companies, including OpenText Corporation, Infor Global Solutions Ltd., and CSDC Systems Inc., along with his strategic technology leadership at Oneon Techventure Pvt. Ltd.
At Oneon Techventure Pvt. Ltd., Rajesh provides strategic leadership and technology expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions. He supports organizations in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, system integration, automation, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.
Rajesh has been associated with OpenText Corporation since 2009, serving in a senior digital experience leadership role. His work has included multinational ERP implementations, ServiceNow deployments, private cloud environments, cybersecurity integration, international data-centre migration, DevOps modernization, engineering tools and operations, and post-acquisition technology integration. He has led multidisciplinary teams and complex enterprise initiatives involving government and highly regulated environments.
Previously, Rajesh worked with Infor Global Solutions Ltd. as a Consultant in Workforce Management. In this role, he contributed to the architecture and implementation of enterprise workforce management solutions, including customized workflows, payroll and HR integrations, time-collection systems, reporting frameworks, system interfaces, release management, and enterprise integration.
Earlier, Rajesh served as Product Manager, Mobile and eGovernment Solutions at CSDC Systems Inc. He led the design and implementation of enterprise and mobile technology solutions for 22 municipal and government organizations across Canada and the United States. His responsibilities included product strategy, solution architecture, mobile applications, system integration, GIS and financial system connectivity, product modernization, and client implementation.
His technical expertise includes ServiceNow, AWS private cloud environments, DevOps and CI/CD governance, infrastructure migration, workflow automation, cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory compliance, solution architecture, APIs and enterprise integration, Oracle database technologies, and product strategy.
Rajesh is a PMP-certified Project Management Professional and Agile-certified practitioner. His professional development also includes AI in Project Management, MBA Essentials from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, DevOps Foundation, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing Technologies, ITIL, and Oracle Database Administration certification.

Ltd., OpenText Corporation, Infor Global Solutions Ltd., and CSDC Systems Inc., Rajesh brings a strong combination of technology expertise, business understanding, project leadership, and strategic vision.
